Section 1
MEVA is a general wellness platform developed and operated by Mentage LLC. MEVA is designed to support engagement tracking and purposeful cognitive activity for adults 55 and older as part of a general wellness routine.
MEVA is not a medical device. MEVA has not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. MEVA operates under the FDA General Wellness Policy for low-risk products, which applies to products intended only for general wellness use that present a low risk to the safety of users.
Section 2
MEVA is not intended to diagnose, screen for, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including but not limited to Alzheimer's disease, dementia, mild cognitive impairment, or any other neurological or cognitive disorder.
The engagement patterns produced by MEVA reflect activity-based engagement data only. They do not constitute a clinical assessment, a cognitive evaluation, a diagnostic output, or a substitute for professional medical judgment.
Nothing in MEVA's platform, website, marketing materials, or communications constitutes medical advice. If you have concerns about your cognitive health or the cognitive health of a family member, consult a qualified healthcare provider.

MEVA's task architecture is informed by published research in aging and engagement. This research describes the design rationale for MEVA's approach. It does not establish that MEVA produces the clinical outcomes described in those published studies.
MEVA has not undergone independent clinical trials. Mentage is currently conducting reliability and feasibility studies under independent IRB oversight. Results have not been published. Mentage makes no representations regarding diagnostic accuracy, therapeutic efficacy, or clinical utility pending the completion and publication of those studies.

Mentage Element physical products, including the Connections Box, are cognitive wellness and engagement tools. They are not medical devices, therapeutic instruments, or clinical aids. No Mentage Element product is intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or medical condition.

This disclaimer is referenced in the global footer of every page on mentage.com and element.mentage.com. It is implemented as a global Webflow component and cannot be removed from individual pages without authorization from Mentage LLC.
Short-form and standard-form versions of this disclaimer appear inline on individual pages per FTC clear and conspicuous placement requirements, including proximity to any claim they qualify, minimum 11px type size, and minimum 4.5:1 color contrast ratio per WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
